南記煲仔飯座落於澳門草堆街巷弄裡,米飯焦香四溢、炊煙瀰漫;總引得路人垂涎欲滴。南記開業已有五十餘年之久,從最原始的手推車到街邊攤檔再到實體店鋪,見證關前街舊區世代歷史變遷;用傳統古法炭燒烹製最有溫度煲仔飯,再搭配秘制甜醬油刺激味蕾,陪伴澳門街坊每一個冬夏春秋。   


在商標設計方面,採用最直觀的瓦煲作為形象,讓人一眼就認出南記最有特色的煲仔飯。而色系方面,則運用紅與綠,這兩種顏色在港澳舊式招牌攤檔最常見,營造懷舊溫暖的氛圍。另外,本公司也為煲仔飯制作流程繪制可愛易懂介紹圖,讓食客一眼了解南記煲仔飯的獨特所在,並知悉如何食用才能嚐到最佳風味。雖煲仔飯並不算名貴美食,但製作也十分講究,烹製也需格外用心才可成就這流傳多年的味道。



Nan Kei Claypot Rice is located in Rua das Estalagens, Macao. The smell of claypot rice fills with the whole alley and attract lots of neighborhoods and even travelers. Nan Kei has been open for more than 50 years. From the most primitive trolleys to street stalls and then to physical shops, Nan Kei has witnessed the historical changes of the old District of Rua dos Ervanários from generation to generation.


In terms of logo design, the most intuitive clay pot is used as an image, which makes people recognize Nan Kei's distinctive clay pot rice at a glance. In terms of colors, red and green, the two common colors in Hong Kong and Macao old-style signboard stalls, are used to create a nostalgic and warm atmosphere. In addition, we also drew a cute diagram for the process of making clay pot rice, so that customers can easily understand the uniqueness of Nan Kei Claypot Rice and know how to eat to taste the best flavor. Although clay pot rice is not a rare dish, it requires careful cooking to achieve the taste spread over the years.
