大龍鳳茶樓已超過七十年歷史,是澳門碩果僅存的粵曲茶座,店主陳慕蓮女士,一直為保留澳門粵曲文化,儘心竭力,店內的小點如蓮蓉酥、雞球大包等,亦保留傳統製法。
品牌形象均抽取不同的著名粵劇元素,如《游龍戲鳳》裏以花旦捏著手絹的形象,作為標誌。另還有《牡丹亭驚夢》、《再世紅梅記》等劇中元素制成木板雕刻,成為店內裝飾,令茶樓彌漫著濃郁的粵曲文化,重新塑造極具特色的粵曲茶座。
As the only traditional Cantonese Opera teahouse surviving in Macau, the Tai Long Fong Casa de Cha boasts its long history of more than 70 years. Ms. Charlin Chan, the owner of Tai Long Fong, has been elaborating to preserve the culture of Cantonese Opera in Macau with every effort. Authentic Dim Sum of the teahouse reflects a strong adherence to tradition, impressing guests with its signature dishes such as lotus crisp and steamed chicken buns.
The brand extracts various famous elements of Cantonese Opera with its symbol inspired by the image of the leading actress who holds the handkerchief gently in The Chasing and Playing Dragon and Phoenix, a renowned Cantonese Opera. The teahouse features the fundamental opera elements in The Reincarnation of Red Plum and The Peony Pavilion with the signature wooden carve, providing guests with a full breadth experience of the Cantonese Opera culture.
